A taste of luxury (and some delicious flavours) will welcome our newest residents into the high-end boutique apartments at Elevate on Buderim in the heart of the Sunshine Coast as the development opened its doors last week.
With just three apartments remaining – including one of the two impressive penthouses — we suspect it won’t be long before they get snapped up as our vision for Elevate on Buderim becomes a reality.
Not only has construction on the seven luxurious apartments finished, but Joo Kim has started cooking up a storm at his Honeysuckle Restaurant on the ground floor, which opened to the public on Thursday 4 June.
You may recognise Joo from his time as Head Chef at Embassy XO in Sunshine Beach and working with Tony Kelly and Scott Hoskins at Junk in Ocean Street, Maroochydore. If the delicious aromas this week are anything to go by, his modern Asian cuisine will be taking Buderim by storm.
Joo and his team have worked hard to fit out the impressive restaurant despite the COVID-19 pandemic placing great uncertainty on the hospitality industry. He is confident in his cuisine and excited at the prospect of bringing his unique style of cooking to Buderim.
“Of course the pandemic has placed incredible pressure on the hospitality industry as a whole and this is going to be a very tough time as restaurants rely on people gathering and having a good time as part of the experience,” Joo said.
“I believe the key is giving people something new, and most of our menu will offer guests combinations they have never tried before. My two personal recommendations are the Lobster and Flat Rice Noodles with Coconut Miso Bisque and my unique recipe for Brûlée dessert.”
We are also welcoming Property & Estates Sunshine Coast – a boutique full-service agency led by property expert Rick Williams – which has taken up residence in the second commercial space.
“When the site was originally cleared, I knew the location would be perfect to set up our new office and Elevate on Buderim has certainly lived up to expectations,” Rick said.
“Our team of eight looks forward to settling in over the coming weeks as we continue to help our clients navigate the property market. We’re delighted to return our base to Buderim where we already have great networks in the local community — although this hasn’t stopped us from marketing properties from King’s Beach to Maleny with great success.”
Elevate on Buderim offers both two and three-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and the option of single or double secure garages.
The remaining penthouse is an impressive 265m² including garage, offering high-end specifications throughout and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, timber flooring, additional Miele appliances such as a built-in coffee machine and steam oven, high-raked ceilings and a feature island bench.
